Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective during transit, or is lost by the carrier:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos, videos, and shipping label information for verification
After confirmation, ViewX will provide:
- Free replacemen
- Full refund
- Or exchange service
ViewX may file claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a limited 30-day return policy for eligible products.
1. Product Quality Issues (Non-Human Damage)
If the product has a verified manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery:
- Free return or exchange
- ViewX covers the related shipping costs
2. Customer Dissatisfaction / Change of Mind
If you are not satisfied with the product for personal reasons:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of deliver
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Additional fees may apply depending on:

- Packaging condition

3. Non-Returnable Situations
